During the month of Nov. 2000 while going to the office, I experienced, restlessness, extreme exhaustion and giddiness. I immediately contacted the nearest hospital - Manipal Heart Foundation where I was examined and kept under ICU for observation. During the course of my stay I underwent an angiography which revealed CAD (Coronary Artery Disease). One of the heart arteries, LAD (Left Anterior Descending) had 80-90 percent block in it. I was advised a bypass surgery by the senior cardiologist. My friends advised me to take a second opinion, which I took from the Wockhardt Hospital.
The cardiologist advised me to choose between Surgery and Angioplasty. In the meantime, being a regular reader of the newspaper, I came across an advertisement about Dr. Bimal Chhajer's program. I immediately took an appointment to meet him who convinced me to join the SAAOL Heart Program for reversal of heart disease. I underwent his three-day course in Oct 2001 at Bangalore.

Till today I am following the advises of the SAAOL training program. By following Dr. Chhajer's comprehensive lifestyle modification program, which consists of medication, education, exercise, yoga meditation, dietary changes and most importantly stress management which has immensely benefited me.

I underwent a TMT (Treadmill Test), which has come out to be negative and my lipids are also at their best. I am greatly indebted to Dr Bimal Chhajer and his SAAOL Program for reversal, which has helped me to be a heart disease free man again. I will continue with the advises to keep me away from CAD in future.
