| Mrs. Revathi Venkateswaran
It is now exactly one year after my participation in the SAAOL Heart Camp sat IMC-Mumbai in May, 2002 and it indeed gives me great pleasure to inform you that my latest TMT report is NEGATIVE. Blood sugar and Lipid Profile levels have also considerably improved.
In December 1998, it all started with pain in my left hand (at the age of 45 yrs.). ECG test and consultation with Cardiologist confirmed that it is ANGINA. I was put on medication and rest for few days. Blood sugar and Lipid Profile were also on the higher side. TMT done in early 1999 was positive (3:30 min.). I was advised to go in for ANGIOGRAPHY. Nevertheless, some inner
force desisted me from going in for the test (Probably because SAAOL wanted to help me at a later date). However, I continued medication with periodical follow-ups. Again TMT was done in February 2001 (2 years later) which was again positive, though showed slight improvement (6.30 min.).
Once again in April, 2002 (3 years later) I felt pain in the left hand and breathlessness when I was on a trip to Madras. When I came back to Mumbai I got the news about the Dr. Bimal Chhajer's visit to Mumbai and the 3-Day SAAOL Workshop for reversing Heart Diseases. I attended on of his lectures, which was highly impressive. I immediately enrolled myself to participate in the Workshop in May, 2002 at IMC Mumbai, just exactly a year back. The 3 days programme was very educative and beneficial as evident from the result achieved. It was so meticulously organized and we can hardly come out with any suggestions for further improvement. Each and every topic was explained so clearly with utmost care and precision so that the layman himself becomes his own Doctor.
I have followed the entire regimen of life-style changes, stress management, zero oil diet, HRE, Yoga, Meditation, listening to the Bhajan cassette and also Medication, the effect of which brought about drastic improvement in the blood sugar/lipid profile levels. More importantly, I am happy to say that the latest TMT is NEGATIVE, within one year after my joining SAAOL.
I am greatly indebted to Dr. Bimal Chhajer, who is an extra-ordinary Cardiologist, for conceptualizing SAAOL Heart Programme, which is a GOD'S gift to us. He has, no doubt, always kept the patient's interest as his sacred goal and changed the entire concept of treating heart diseases.
May God bless Dr. Bimal Chhajer, his family and his entire team, with good health and long life and success in all future endeavours.
Regards,
Yours sincerely,
Mrs. Revathi Venkateswaran |
